The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.639 of 2021 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court at Alandur.

2. The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. When the matter came up for admission, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge at Alandur. The learned Subordinate Judge has sent a report stating that the parties had been referred to Mediation and hence, the matter could not be taken up for trial.

3. Mr.D.Lourthu Paul Belson states that the mediation had failed and now the matter is listed for evidence of P.W.1 on 21.11.2024.

4. Taking into consideration the subsequent development and the report filed by the learned trial Judge, the learned Subordinate Judge at Alandur is directed to expedite the proceedings and dispose it on or before 28.02.2025.
