ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents and their men not to harass the petitioners in the name of investigation.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioners' son is an accused in Crime relating to money dispute and cases has been registered in Crime Nos.335,336 and 337 of 2018, on the file of the 1st respondent. Therefore, the respondent Police had enquired the petitioners. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, it is made clear that the respondent police shall not harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry. If the respondent Police requires information from the petitioners, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
they shall issue summon to the petitioners and thereafter, enquire them.
4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
