(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of the judgment dated 19.9.2023 passed in the writ appeals.

2. It is submitted that, in the last line of paragraph 8 of the judgment, instead of "writ petitions", the same ought to be "writ appeals". So also in the fourth line of directions contained in paragraph 8 (at page 6), instead of "Tamil Nadu State Housing Board Act, 1971", the same ought to be "Tamil Nadu State Housing Board Act, 1961".

3. In the light of that, in the fourth line of the directions contained in paragraph 8 (at page 6) the words "Tamil Nadu State Housing Board Act, 1971" be corrected as "Tamil Nadu State Housing Board Act, 1961". Similarly, in the last line of paragraph 8, the words "writ petitions" be corrected as "writ appeals".

Motion is disposed of accordingly.
