2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons given in the letter dated 16.09.2022 of the Presiding Officer. Accordingly, the Presiding Officer of the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai - 104 is directed to dispose of I.D.No.815 of 2010 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
