ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is posted for recording settlement, which was arrived before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.

2. The Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, has sent a report stating that the mediation between the parties got completed and also enclosed a settlement agreement. As per the terms of the Settlement Agreement entered into between the parties, the revision petitioner paid a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs and Fifty Thousand Only) to the respondent towards full quit of his claim. The settlement agreement reached between the parties on 06th January 2023, was signed by the petitioner and the respondent. The settlement agreement also counter signed by the respective counsel. 2 / 4

3. Therefore, this Court is inclined to record the settlement agreement entered between the petitioner and the respondent dated 06.01.2023. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement reached between the parties. The settlement agreement dated 06.01.2023 shall part form of the order. No costs.
