ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.6 of 2024 dated 08.07.2024 on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated period.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu and therefore, there is nothing survives for adjudication.
