2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition for non compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15949 of 2019 dated 26.08.2021.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15949 of 2019 has already been complied and the final report was filed by the respondent.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, though the final report was filed belatedly, there is no willful disobedience.
