Crl. MP No.4762 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8061 of 2021 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This Court by an Order dated 07.03.2022, had directed the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tirupur, to file a final report in Crime No.07 of 2020, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Now the Superintendent of Police, Tirupur, has requested this Court to grant a further period of six months to file the final report as directed by this Court.

Taking into consideration, the reasons assigned in the petition, the time granted by this Court is extended for a further period of three months from today.

It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.
