This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 26.06.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the final report has been filed on completion of investigation.

3. In view of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner Stay at Madurai to report before the Otthakadai Police Station on every day 10.30 a.m., until further orders is hereby relaxed and the petition to relax the condition is ordered accordingly.
