This petition has been filed to call for the records connected with the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Proceedings Na.Ka.A6/1128/2025 dated 03.06.2025, and quash the same.

2. Mr.V.Manotharan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents No.1 to 3 and Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 4th respondent. Page No.2 of 6

3. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the present writ petition is filed challenging the impugned show cause notice dated 03.06.2025. He further submitted that pursuant to the show cause notice, the petitioner submitted his explanation on 21.06.2025 to the 3rd respondent. Thereafter, final orders were passed by the 2nd respondent vide order dated 07.07.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the final order dated 07.07.2025. Page No.3 of 6

6. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that final orders were passed on 07.07.2025, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final order dated 07.07.2025, in the manner known to law. No costs.
