The petitioner has come up with the Writ Petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider and take steps on the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 30.01.2012, 29.02.2012, 18.04.2012, 19.04.2012, 12.11.2012 and 05.06.2013.
2. The Court heard Mr.R.Senniappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Manikandan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the records.

3. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that there is no proof for submissions of the representations by the petitioner and if the petitioner is having grievances, he can give a fresh representation and it would be considered in accordance with law.
4. In the light of the limited submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court without going into the merits, directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation, the first respondent shall take action on merits in accordance with law, after providing opportunity within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
5. With the above direction and observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
