Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 10.08.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18564 of 2016.

ORDER

When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 10.08.2021 passed in W.P.No.18564 of 2016, has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the letter issued by the fourth respondent vide Lr.No.25/2019/A1, dated 27.01.2022 to that effect. 2.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
