The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition filed to dispense with the certified copy of the order dated 24.11.2020 made in I.A.No.5 of 2020 in H.M.O.P.No.23 of 2020 and made an endorsement to that effect. She further submitted that she will apply for certified copy of the order and produce the same before this Court.

2.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
