This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- in para no.6(b) by this Court vide order dated 15.07.2024 in Crl.O.P. No.14643 of 2024. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not able to mobilize the fund and also the other accused person in the same crime number was ordered to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/-, however this Court vide its order dated 15.07.2024 in Crl.O.P. No.14643 of 2024 ordered the petitioner herein to pay a sum of Rs.20,00,000/-, therefore prayed to modify the condition of deposit imposed on the petitioner vide earlier order. 3.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). 4.

After hearing both sides and also the fact that the other accused were ordered to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- in Crime No.45 of 2024, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(b) as follows:

stn "the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.45 of 2024 before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, failing which the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner will automatically stands cancelled."

The other condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 15.07.2024 in Crl.O.P. No.14643 of 2024, shall remain unaltered. 6.
