This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 255 days in filling the above Second Appeal against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.31 of 2023, dated 31.07.2023 on the file of Subordinate Court, Seerkhazhi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and to avoid multiplicity of proceedings, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, with costs. The appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees two thousand only) to the contesting respondents, within a period of two week from today and on such payment the delay of 255 days in filling the above S.A.SR.No.99965 of 2024, is condoned. 1\2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
