the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2025, thereby implement the order passed by 2nd respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.10775/2023/A1 dated 08.10.2024, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 10.06.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for implementing the order passed by the second respondent dated 08.10.2024, appointing the third respondent to administer and manage the temple.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the third respondent.

3. On going through the same, it is seen that the order passed by the second respondent has already been implemented and the third respondent claims to be in administration of the temple.

4. The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that till date, the third respondent has not taken charge of the temple and the existing trustee is continuing to take control of the temple.

5. In the considered view of this Court, an order has already been passed by the second respondent appointing the third respondent to function as the Executive Officer. The written instructions received from the third respondent also show that the said order has been acted upon. Steps are being taken to inform the trustee to handover the charge to the third respondent and till date, the third respondent is not able to effectively take control over the administration of the temple. Hence, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to ensure that the second respondent's order is properly implemented and the third respondent shall take over the administration and control of the temple.

6. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Index : yes/no 08.07.2025 ss To
