By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.Heard Mr.Subash Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.Aggrieved by the order of disconnection for unauthorised extending of service connection given to the petitioner for agricultural purpose, the petitioner is before this Court to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by him on 22.07.2019.

4. A short fact involved in this case is that the petitioner herein, who was provided with free service connection for his agricultural land, has dig a bore well in his place about 450 meters away from the permitted place and extended the service without getting prior permission of the respondents.

5. During the inspection, the unauthorised extension of service has been noticed and the service has been disconnected after imposing extra levy of Rs.3,600/-. The petitioner has already paid the extra levy of Rs.3,600/- and has preferred an appeal before the appellate Authority as per Section 127 of the Electricity Act,2003. While so, it is suffice to direct the first respondent herein to dispose of the appeal, within a period of four weeks from today.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal, within a period of four weeks from today. No costs.
