With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider and pass Orders based on and in furtherance of the letter sent by the first respondent bearing reference No.J8/7156/2023 dated 12.04.2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the entire materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that she is the absolute owner of the subject property by way of a settlement deed dated 04.06.2023 and she is paying all the taxes and statutory dues without default. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the first respondent has sent a letter to the second respondent to take appropriate action based on the representation of the Page 2/4

petitioner dated 18.03.2023, no action has been taken by the second respondent till date. Hence, the present writ petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider and pass Orders based on the letter of the first respondent bearing reference No.J8/7156/2023, dated 12.04.2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
