Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in connection with the Impugned Notification Nos. 2021/ IRCTC/NZ/MCS/Policy issues dated 15.06.2022 and 28.07.2022 issued by the respondent No.2 and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents to permit the petitioner association's members to sell PAD items on the RSDVG Trains. 1/4
