ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking the following praryer:- "to modify the condition imposed to deposit Rs.50,000/- into the Court in Crl.M.P.No.1732 of 2016 in Crime No.254 of 2016 dated 19.10.2016 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that these petitioners have been granted bail on 19.10.2016 in Crl.MP No.1732 of 2016 in Cr.No.254 of 2016 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, on condition that they should deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) before the Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddipatti.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that though the petitioners were granted bail with the aforesaid condition on 19.10.2016, the petitioners have not been able to avail the benefit of the same, since they have not been able to mobilize the sum of Rs.50,000/-.

5. Accepting the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the amount of Rs.50,000/- imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, is reduced to Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only). The rest of the conditions will remain the same.
