ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of O.S. No.321 of 2024, pending on the file of the III Additional District Court, Kallakurichi. 3.The petitioner is the defendant in the suit and the respondent is the plaintiff. The suit was filed seeking for specific performance of an agreement of

sale. The pleadings are complete in the suit and the suit is ripe for trial. The petitioner has also enclosed the present status of the suit which confirms that the suit is ripe for trial. The petitioner is a cancer patient and is aged 62 years.

4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the III Additional District Court, Kallakurichi to dispose of the suit O.S. No.321 of 2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.After giving due consideration to the year of the suit as well as the fact that the petitioner is suffering from cancer, this Court directs the III Additional District Court, Kallakurichi to dispose of the suit O.S. No.321 of 2024 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

7.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
