This Petition has been filed to appoint an arbitral tribunal, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to adjudicate upon the disputes between the Petitioner and the Respondents under the MoU dated 28.01.2008 and supplementary MoU dated 04.04.2008 2.In view of the order passed in Arb.A.No.477 of 2024, dated 22.08.2024, whereby Hon'ble Mr.Justice A.Arumughasamy, Former Judge of Madras High Court was appointed as Arbitrator, no further order is necessary in this Petition.

3.Accordingly, this Petition is closed.
