..Respondent(s) PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection to carry out the fencing of the petitioners property comprised in S.No.105/1, measuring to an extent of 0.71.00 hectare and S.No.105/2 measuring to an extent of 0.11.50 hectare situated at Sembarasanapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District which has already been surveyed by the revenue authorities pursuant to the order of this Honorable Court, by considering the representation dated 27-4-2026 within a stipulated period and pass such further order or orders as this Honorable Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection to carry out the fencing of the petitioners property comprised in S.No.105/1, measuring to an extent of 0.71.00 hectare and S.No.105/2 measuring to an extent of 0.11.50 hectare situated at Sembarasanapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District which has already been surveyed by the revenue authorities pursuant to the order of this Honorable Court, by considering the representation dated 27-4-2026.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on both sides and perused the materials available on records.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and conduct an enquiry, after issuing due notice to the counter parties and pass appropriate orders to provide police protection, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 23-06-2026 SMA
