ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection so as to enable the petitioner to admit her ailing mother, who is in death bed, in a hospital for availing treatment, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2019.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and also of the fact that the ailing mother has to be given immediate treatment, the 2nd respondent police is directed to immediately call the parties and make an enquiry and take proper https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

action in accordance with law. The respondent police shall ensure that the fight between the two siblings does not get in the way of the mother getting proper treatment for her ailment.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
