This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9117 of 2023 dated 03.07.2023, passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9117 of 2023 dated 03.07.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on weekly once at 10.30 a.m until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
