..Respondents in both the petitions COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records of the 2nd respondent in PROC.No.CFF/Engineering/Fees/01/08 dt.02.06.2008 relating to

fixation of fees in respect of self-financing Engineering Colleges in the State of Tamil Nadu and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider the proposals of the petitioner dated 06.08.2007 and 28.01.2008 individually based on its Capital investment, expenses towards salary and wages together with other emoluments, expenses towards maintenance, audited statement of accounts, Depreciation of Building and other valuable Equipments, Expenses incurred for conducting seminars and international conferences, performance and requirements and approve the fees.
