C.M.P.No. 19256 of 2022 in A.S.No.35 of 2012 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN, J.

When the matter is taken up for hearing on 01.02.2023 this petition was allowed subject to the payment of a sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) to the Respondents within a period of two weeks and directed the Registry to post the matter under the caption " for reporting compliance" on 01.03.2023.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that they have complied with the earlier orders passed by this Court on 01.02.2023 and the same was acceded by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Hence no further orders is necessary in this petition.

3. Registry is directed to restore the A.S and list the same after three weeks.
