The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the disputes between the parties were already settled and hence, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
