Crl.M.P.No.12204 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14246 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14246 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14246 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
