A perusal of the e-Court proceedings show that the defendant is yet to file his written statement in the suit. The suit is of the year 2024. I do not think that at this stage, a direction for expeditious disposal can be granted. 1/3
2. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move this Court for expeditious disposal, if he so desires once the pleadings are completed.
