ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the second respondent to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner seeking regularisation of unapproved plots.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the counter filed by the second respondent reveals that the petitioner has failed to produce the relevant documents. Therefore, the application submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to submit fresh application along with all required documents before the authority concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, the authority concerned is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in

accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
