When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent, has submitted that pursuant to the direction of this Court in Paragraph No.4 of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7867 of 2022, dated 01.04.2022, an inquiry has been conducted and a decision taken by the Committee to the effect that P.Ramamoothy, fourth respondent in the Writ Petition, does not belong to Hindu Malai Vedan Scheduled Tribe Community, which is communicated to the petitioner by registered post on 26.04.2023, and that the order has been complied with.
