Respondents Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the fifth and fourth respondents to issue Teaching Experience Certificate in the requisite format in the form of Annexure V issued by third respondent for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor in Computer Science based on the Notification dated 28.05.2013 for direct recruitment of Assistant Professor in Tamil Nadu Collegiate Educational Service for Government Arts and Science college 2012 forthwith and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the selection to the post of Assistant Professor in Computer Science.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been issued Teaching experience certificate from the third respondent and the same was processed and he got his appointment and therefore the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
