(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking extension of parole to the convict, the present petition has been filed.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the very same condition of the convict continues.

3.In such view of the matter, awaiting further report from the respondents, the parole already granted to the convict and extended subsequently is extended for a further period of four weeks from today, i.e. till 10.09.2019. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
