This application has been filed to direct the respondent/defendant to deposit Original Parent Document Dated 28.01.1980, bearing Doc.No.266 of 1980 on the file of the SRO-West Mambalam, into Court, failing which the Advocate Commissioner may bring the suit schedule property for sale with the certified copy of the Original Parent bearing Doc.No.266 of 1980 on the file of the SRO-West Mambalam.
