This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14830 of 2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is facing life threat from his enemies. Therefore, he prays that, petitioner may be directed to report before the Inspector of Police, S11 Police Station, Tambaram instead of respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from Mr.R.Vijaya Kumar, Gr.I Police Officer, Reddichavadi Police Station conceded that, petitioner is facing life threat from his enemies.

4. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, S11 Police Station, Tambaram daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
