Mr.R.Vasudevan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners made a mention for incorporating the left out civil revision petition viz., C.R.P. No.2707 of 2025 and C.M.P. Nos.15721 and 15342 of 2025.
2. These three civil revision petitions were argued together and a common order was passed on 25.08.2025 disposing of the three civil revision petitions. However, in the cause title, reference to C.R.P. No.2707 of 2025 and C.M.P. Nos.15721 and 15342 of 2025 is missing. Hence he seeks incorporation of the same.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for incorporating the left out C.R.P. No.2707 of 2025 and C.M.P. Nos.15721 and 15342 of 2025 in the cause title and in the preamble portion of the order. Similarly, in paragraph 8 of the order, the last sentence 'Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
C.R.P. Nos.2781, 2782 and 2707 of 2025 is closed' shall be substituted with the sentences 'Consequently, P.B.BALAJI, J.
mmi connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.'
4. Registry is directed to process the copy application already filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners and issue fresh order copy by incorporating the above corrections in the order dated 25.08.2025.
