Petition filed before the TamilNadu Administrative Tribunal and numbered as O.A 843/2003 and came to be numbered as writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the Respondent in G.O.(Ms.) No.83 Rev (Ser 11(2) Department, dated 6.2.2003 and quash the same with the consequential direction, directing the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant and monetary benefits. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Ravikumar For Respondent : Mr.K.Ravikumar Additional Government Pleader.

O R D E R

The petitioner has preferred this Writ Petition challenging the impugned proceedings of the Respondent in G.O. (Ms.) No.83 Rev (Ser 11(2) Department, dated 6.2.2003 and quash the same with the consequential direction, directing the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant and monetary benefits.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite several letters, he could not get any instructions from his client. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
