Respondents PRAYER:- Appeal Suit filed under Section 96 of the Civil Procedure Code read with Order 41 Rule 1 CPC to set aside the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.6/2015 dated 29.03.2019 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ariyalur insofar as dismissing the suit for the relief for partition and separate possession of 1/2 shares in respect of the suit property is concerned and for relief of declaration of the Settlement Deed dated 25.10.2015 as null and void and decree the suit. JUDGMENT

1. Ms.S.Deepa, learned counsel representing Mr.M.Senthil Vadivu, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been settled between the parties outside the Court and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal Suit. She further submitted that a Letter dated 19.01.2022 has also been filed before the Registry to that effect.
