JUDGMENT
1. Ms.S.Deepa, learned counsel representing Mr.M.Senthil Vadivu, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been settled between the parties outside the Court and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal Suit. She further submitted that a Letter dated 19.01.2022 has also been filed before the Registry to that effect.
