This petition has been filed to relax the condition by the Vacation Sessions Judge, Tirupattur on 29.05.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.98 of 2025 and the petitioners shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupattur daily at 10.00a.m., on all working days until further orders from the next day of execution of bond before the Magistrate Court. Thereafter, they can file a modification petition after 60 days.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10:30 A.M., until further orders, is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
