Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent in R.A.5(2)/45290/2008 in A.A.No.69/2008 dated 9.7.2010 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue arms licence to possess a DBBL Gun for self protection.
