This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned proceedings Ka.No.443 E.N.B / E.B / City / Visharam / Ka37 / 2020 - 21 dated 31.03.2021 passed by the 4th Respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to remove the High tension wire running above the petitioner's plot at No.45 in Jameelabad, 3rd Street at Melvisharam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
