ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct the further investigation including all the accused involved in Crime No. 158/2025 on the file of 3rd respondent within a stipulated period, prescribed by this and further directing to secure the vehicle.

2. The case of the petitioner is that on 29.04.2025, the accused persons came to the house of the petitioner and brutally attacked him and taken away the JCB Vehicle and on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.158 of 2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered, there is no

progress in investigation and final report has not been filed by the third respondent.

3. When this Court is about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if a direction is given to the third respondent to complete the investigation and file final report expeditiously.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report expeditiously.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
