This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruppur to number the unnumbered O.S. /2025 in C.F.R.No.140/2025 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruppur.

2. It is seen from the records that the Court below has returned the plaint on 05.05.2025 with the following objections:-

1) How this suit is maintainable before this Court against the action taken in SARFAESI Act as per Section 34 of SARFAESI Act to be explained?

2) Whether the suit is within limitation property to be explained?

3) The property sold by the by to 1st defendant in Doc.No.322/1986. How the plaintiff is entitled to be explained?

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the queries/objections raised by the Court below dated 05.05.2025 in unnumbered O.S.No. /2025 in C.F.R.No.140/2025 has been re-presented with certain compliance. Subsequently the Court below again 2/4

has returned the plaint on 16.07.2025 with certain queries/objections to that effect a copy of the computer generated objections dated 16.07.2025 taken from E-Court Services Website produced before this Court.

4. In view of the above, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is closed as infructuous.
