ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the third respondent dated 28.10.2021, thereby sealed the petitioner's firework shop situated in Survey No.154/7, Salai Agaram Village, Villupuram Taluk.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become

infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
