ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the second respondent-Police to execute the NonBailable Warrant (i.e. NBW) issued against the accused, vide judgment dated 20.01.2023 passed in S.T.C.No.910 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Namakkal and the same was received by the second respondent-Police on 12.07.2024.

2. Now, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the NBW was already executed and the accused was produced before the concerned Magistrate.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the concerned Magistrate. 18.07.2025 cs 2 / 4
