No.257 of 2015 by the learned District Munsif, Madurantakam. 2.The above petitions are filed (i)to re-open the evidence of P.W.1; (ii)to recall P.W.1 and (iii)to mark copies of partition deed https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

vga and settlement deed. All the above petitions were allowed on payment of costs of Rs.250/-, challenging which the present CRPs are filed.
3.When the matters are taken up for hearing, it is represented that subsequent to the orders passed in the above I.A. Nos.2 to 4 of 2020 in O.S. No.257 of 2015, Rs.250/- was paid towards costs and P.W.1 was recalled and documents also were marked through P.W.1.
