ORDER

This petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the respondent in not complying with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.3052 of 2019 on 01.02.2019.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court in W.P.3052 of 2019 is stated to have been complied with by the respondent/Tahsildar, Vide his proceedings dated 22.11.2019, and a copy of the said proceedings is also made available before the Court.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives and the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
