A.No.4045 of 2023 is filed to pass necessary order for substitution of Stone Bench Private Limited as the 4th respondent instead of Stone Bench Creations Private Limited from the array of parties in the long and short cause title of the A.No.3206 of 2023 in C.S.No.59 of 2021.

2. A.No.4046 of 2023 is filed to pass necessary order for substitution of Stone Bench Private Limited as the 3rd respondent instead of Stone Bench Creations Private Limited from the array of parties in the long and short cause title of the A.No.3208 of 2023 in C.S.No.59 of 2021.

3. The respondents have no objection for these applications being ordered. Accordingly, the applications are ordered as prayed for. The plaintiff shall carry out the necessary amendment and file the amended copy within 1 week. Post the matter 08.09.2023.
