These applications are filed seeking to substitute the name of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited as the 4th respondent instead of Zee Studios from the array of parties in the long and short cause title of A.Nos.3206 and 3208 of 2023 in C.S.No.59 of 2021.

2.Heard Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned senior counsel for M/s.Hema Srinivasan for the applicant / plaintiff and M/s.G.R. Associates, learned counsel for the second respondent.

The learned counsel for the second respondent has no objection for this application being ordered.

3.The name of the 4th respondent is struck off and in its place, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited is added.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are ordered. The amendment shall be carried out and the amended copy shall be filed within a period of one week from today.

5. Post the matter on 14.08.2023.
